Repair Policy & Procedure

Address to send repairs to will be given

• Jewelry must be placed in a Ziplock or plastic bag( please don't put loose beads in bubble mailer without a bag).
•  Items must be placed in bubble mailer and have tracking. 
• Please insure the package so if it’s lost the postal service can pay you!! I am not responsible for lost packages. Please get tracking. 
• Please provide me with tracking information so I can be on the lookout for your package on the ETA provided on the receipt.

Invoice is sent once repairs are inspected Once invoice is sent. Repairs will be worked on. Please note timeframe start once repair is paid.
